I’m Brayson Dorgelo, the chef and owner of Field and Flame, a catering and private chef service based in the Texas Hill Country. I love bringing people together through food. A big part of that is crafting menus that are unique to your event, customizing every dish to reflect your personal style and preferences. With fresh, local ingredients as the foundation, I ensure that your meal is as special as the occasion itself.
When I’m not in the kitchen, I enjoy brewing my own mead, tending to my garden and visiting local farmers markets with my wife. I always strive to spend as much time outdoors as I can. Whether it’s fishing, hunting, or just enjoying nature, I believe that connection to where our food comes from is what makes it so special.
At Field and Flame, the name reflects what I value most—the fields where our ingredients are grown and the flame that transforms them into something special. I’m dedicated to bringing the best of both worlds to your table, with food that’s rooted in nature and crafted with care.
